STRUCTURE
Our structures, carefully manufactured in our Terrebonne factory, are cut and assembled with handmade precision. We use the traditional mortise and tenon assembly method, solidified with pins, to guarantee unrivaled stability. Thanks to a rigorous selection of superior quality wood, including Baltic wood and hardwood, we create structures of exceptional solidity.

SPRINGS
Our hardened steel springs, specially designed to prevent sagging, are installed with Teflon coated clips, ensuring quiet, squeal-free operation. These springs, mounted to provide a rounded effect, ensure optimal comfort. All of our springs are installed by our qualified experts in our factory.

ADJUSTABLE HEADREST
Our premium multi-position headrest mechanism, imported from Germany, provides exceptional neck support. With 10 levels of adjustment, it adapts perfectly to the angle of your vision, guaranteeing optimal comfort.

PADDING
We use 4.5 inches thick high density foam, topped with one inch of molded memory foam, for a total of 5.5 inches and a density of 2.7 lbs. This unique combination offers unparalleled comfort and exceptional durability. For an impeccable finish, we also pad the exterior of the back as well as the sides of the arms.

ASSEMBLY
We use laser cutting to optimize the use of resources and shape each wooden element of the structure of your furniture. Several padding options are available, all based on premium high-density foam, used in the making of all of our models.
The pieces of wood, whether plywood or hardwood, are glued and stapled. The assembly is then done using a traditional mortise and tenon process, guaranteeing increased strength and exceptional durability. Each frame is equipped with premium hardened steel anti-sag springs, secured with Teflon coated clips to eliminate squeaking noises.

COVERS
Whether your order is leather or fabric, each upholstery material is rigorously inspected. Our staff first examines each piece with a fine-tooth comb, then a machine scans the materials to work around imperfections and optimize cuts, minimizing waste. The cutting is then carried out using cutting-edge technology, before being entrusted to our expert seamstresses.
Whatever covering you choose, leather or fabric, rest assured that it has been carefully selected to offer you the best quality in the industry. SEWING
Our finishing seams are made with premium nylon threads, specially designed to be durable and resistant to fraying. This ensures exceptional longevity for your furniture, maintaining its integrity and neat appearance over time.
Jaymar offers a 2 year warranty on the seams.
PADDING
After assembling the frame and the sewn covering, these are sent to the upholsterer. The expert covers the structure with a combination of high resilience foam and memory foam, for which Jaymar comfort is renowned. Its expertise lies in the precise assembly of each component, creating furniture that meets the highest expectations.
The finishing touches on every upholstered item we design are a testament to the exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail we pay to every Jaymar product.
Once the furniture is completed, it is subject to rigorous quality control to detect any anomalies or manufacturing defects. After inspection, each part is carefully packaged and labeled, ready for delivery to your retailer.
